Across Intel, Applied Materials, Deutsche Bank, JDA/Blue Yonder and Yubi, Sherry has built a career at the intersection of enterprise transformation, organisation design, talent, leadership, culture and innovation.
Her work has spanned global and Asia-Pacific organisations — shaping leadership and talent systems, organisation transformation, digital and SaaS transformation, M&A integration, culture and capability building, and more recently, AI-enabled ways of working.
Alongside her enterprise work, Sherry has spent more than 3,000 hours coaching and mentoring leaders, combining business perspective, organisational insight and a deeply human approach to leadership and change.
Sherry also serves as a Member of the Government of Karnataka's Vision Committee on Mental Health, Brain Health & Substance Abuse, contributing an organisational and human-development perspective to the State's work on mental health and human flourishing.
Thrivara is the culmination of that journey — bringing enterprise intelligence, leadership experience and human depth into one advisory practice.
